Welcome to RankUP! My name is Thomas, I am a Sports and Fitness Science graduate with a strong foundation in exercise physiology, training principles, and general sport and exercise science.I completed my BSc (Hons) in Sport and Fitness Science at the University of the Highlands and Islands, where I studied within a partnership programme in collaboration with Rangers Football Club.

 

My primary sport is golf, and I compete at top amateur level, currently maintaining a +1 handicap. Along with my studies, golf helped reflect my consistent high-level performance and extensive competitive experience.

I very much look forward to working with you and being part of your journey towards maintaining a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of yourself!

 

 

 

My name is Anna, I am a qualified sports coach with a strong academic and practical background in performance and athlete development.

I studied Sport Coaching at university where I achieved my Personal Training and Gym Instructor qualifications. I have extensive experience within coaching and creating structured programmes helping build strength, confidence, and long-term fitness. 

 

My main sporting focus is hockey, where I have experience competing at a high level, including playing for a Premiership division team and representing at Club European Championships.

Performing in these environments has reinforced the importance of discipline, structured preparation, and a strong competitive mindset. Myself and Thomas are excited to share these principles and get started on your journey at RankUP!
